The film’s protagonist Mark, the last man of an old Jewish family living in Russia and then in the USSR, emigrates to his historical homeland in the early 90s. Under a formal pretext, Mark visits the small Russian town where he spent his childhood for just one day. The film "Jewish Happiness" is part of an unimplemented project, a big saga about the fate of a Jewish family living in Russia in the twentieth century.
